We are
seeking a highly skilled Offshore Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle VCP 12.1.3 and Demantra modules by having 8 to 10 years of Experience . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and performance of planning solutions across supply chain functions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead offshore support and enhancement activities for Oracle VCP modules including ASCP, Demantra, and GOP.
- Collaborate with onsite functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Oracle Demantra Demand Management and Real-Time Sales & Operations Planning modules.
- Manage data collections between EBS and planning systems using VCP architecture (ODS, ADS, PDS).
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues related to plan runs, collections, and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, workflows, and interfaces for data integration and cleansing.
- Support monthly and weekly planning cycles, including plan runs, forecast uploads, and performance tuning.
- Provide post-go-live support including issue resolution, patch testing, and user training.
- Document functional and technical designs using AIM or Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
- Participate in CRP, SIT, and UAT phases and coordinate offshore testing efforts.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS- 8 – 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS and VCP suite (ASCP, Demantra, GOP).
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Demantra configuration, workflows, and integration.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and BI Publisher or OTBI reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with data collections (standard and custom) and troubleshooting collection errors.
- Familiarity with Oracle VCP architecture and centralized/decentralized planning setups.
- Experience in demand planning, forecast consumption, and statistical forecasting models.
- Ability to work independently in offshore delivery model and coordinate with onsite teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Supply Chain or Planning modules.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or transition projects from EBS to Cloud.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
