Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related incidents and requests (L1/L2).
* Perform timely troubleshooting and resolution of escalated hardware, software, and application issues.
* Manage and maintain end-user devices (desktops, laptops) using modern Device Management tools.
* Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Active Directory environments.
* Provide expert support for Windows 10/11 operating systems and standard corporate applications.
* Assist with IT inventory management, device provisioning, and retirement processes.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support, or EUC role (L1/L2 capacity).
* Strong practical knowledge of Device Management tools (MDM/Client Management).
* Expertise in administering and supporting Active Directory.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Windows OS family.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED600.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
