IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Management

• Manage and monitor cloud environments (Nextcloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot cloud-based applications and servers.
• Optimize cloud usage, security, and cost efficiency.
• Handle cloud backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.

Networking

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Implement network security protocols and controls.

Domain & Server Administration

• Manage domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Create and manage user accounts, group policies, and access permissions.
• Oversee server maintenance, updates, and security patches.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.

IT Support & Operations

• Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and support records.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, licenses, and services.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, networking, and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and domain management.
• Good understanding of security tools (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
