IT Executive

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to manage and maintain the organizations IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, security, and performance while providing timely technical support to end users. This role requires hands-on experience with system administration, networking, troubleshooting, and data reporting in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage, monitor, and maintain all IT systems, infrastructure, networks, and in-house servers, ensuring high availability, security, backups, and redundancy.
• Install, configure, test, and support operating systems (Windows & Linux), applications, and system management tools, including user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Provide Tier-1 technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues, resolving end-user tickets, and supporting on-call requirements.
• Perform basic to intermediate network troubleshooting (OSI layers, TCP/IP, routing, switching) and assist with system administration, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Conduct data analysis, processing, reporting, and use diagnostic tools to identify system deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and support teams to improve workflows, maintain IT inventory, stay updated with emerging technologies.
