Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Allama Iqbal Road - Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and networking devices.
• Monitor network performance (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and ensure high availability and security.
• Maintain server rooms, cabling, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network, internet, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated issues.
• Support IT infrastructure at stores, including POS systems, scanners, CCTV coordination, and internet devices.
• Visit branches as required for installations, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and licensing records.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or system support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
