Job Title: IT Executive

Industry: Garment Manufacturing
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure in a garment manufacturing environment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of both hardware and software systems, and be capable of handling day-to-day IT operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, printers, scanners, and networking devices
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Managing LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity across departments
• Installation and support of operating systems, MS Office, and other required software
• Data backup, antivirus updates, and basic IT security management
• Supporting ERP, production, and inventory software used in garment manufacturing
• Coordinating with external vendors for hardware purchases and AMC services
• Providing technical support to users and ensuring minimum system downtime
• Maintaining IT asset records and documentation

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system administration
• Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office, email configuration, and basic software tools
• Basic understanding of servers, printers, CCTV, and biometric systems
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and provide effective solutions
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working in a manufacturing or garment industry will be an added advantage
