Location: Paramus, NJ (on-site visits)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Field Technician for a contract position supporting a medical office client in the Paramus, NJ area. This role will begin with scheduled monthly on-site visits, with the potential to expand into additional hours supporting other offices and nearby clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site desktop support and troubleshooting for end users

• Assist with setup, relocation, and organization of computer equipment

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic software issues

• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service during client interactions

• Maintain clear communication with both client staff and internal team

Requirements:

• Proven experience with on-site IT support and desktop troubleshooting

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills (high customer interaction role)

• Ability to work independently and manage scheduled visits

• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in the Paramus area

• Experience working in medical or other professional office environments is a plus

Additional Information:

• This role starts with monthly visits, with potential for increased hours as additional clients are added

• Candidates should be flexible and open to taking on expanded responsibilities over time
