Job Purpose
responsible for on time technical application support and problem solving during all operational hours to ensure healthy environment of the supported systems and uninterrupted smooth business operations.
Report To Position Name
Ensure that supported Applications are up and running 24/7.
Can supervise and lead group of support specialists
Ensure that applications are closely monitored.
Provide proactive support to avoid application issues.
Review Applications KPIs for any room for enhancement.
Handle Global issues related to supported applications.
perform on-call duties.
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
Bsc. In Computer Science or equivalent related degree.

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ Experience in Applications Support,
EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE
Strong knowledge in ORACLE environment (SQL,PLSQL) is a must
Strong knowledge in UNIX/linux Operating systems is a must
Strong knowledge in Unix/linux shell scripting is a must
DevOps knowledge
Experience with large scale systems.
Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS office and scripting are required. Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
-Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. - Very Good Communications Skills.
