IT Governance & Risk Manager
to join our team at

, dedicated to the
Transmed account
. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and enterprise-level risk management.
Key Responsibilities

Business Continuity Planning (BCP):
Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan from the ground up.

Risk Mitigation:
Identify, assess, and manage IT-related risks to ensure business resilience.

Governance Frameworks:
Establish and maintain IT governance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and client requirements.

Financial & Vendor Oversight:
(Preferred) Manage IT budgets and oversee vendor relationships to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Required Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum of
5+ years
in IT Governance and Risk Management.

Proven Track Record:
You
must
have hands-on experience building a
Business Continuity Plan as a project from scratch
.

Expertise:
Deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.

Plus Factors:
Prior experience in
Vendor Management
and
Financial Management
within an IT context.
