IT GRC Coordinator

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business administration or a related field. Master's degree is advantageous
• +1 Years experience in analytics and risk management or a related role
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, and data protection concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive analytical reports that highlight governance, risk, and compliance metrics across all IT GRC departments.
• Identify and assess existing gaps related to Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), audit findings, and customer complaints to inform risk management strategies.
• Monitor IT adherence to compliance standards and identify areas for improvement based on analytical insights.
• Create clear and impactful presentations for IT top management and Board committees, summarizing analytical findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various IT GRC departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
