Procurement Specialist – International IT Hardware Sourcing (BrokerBIN)

Tesseract Digital is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with strong expertise in international sourcing and IT hardware procurement. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience sourcing products from China, USA, UK, and global marketplaces including Alibaba Group and eBay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source IT hardware products internationally from suppliers in China, USA, UK, and other global markets.
• Procure networking equipment including routers, switches, servers, storage devices, and other IT hardware products.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage procurement activities through platforms such as Alibaba, eBay, and international vendor networks.
• Handle RFQs (Requests for Quotations), compare supplier quotations, and finalize procurement deals efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales teams to fulfill client requirements on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and distributors.
• Monitor global market pricing trends, product availability, and shipping costs.
• Ensure timely order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and transaction reports.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure product quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international procurement or IT hardware sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware products and networking equipment.
• Experience sourcing products from China, USA, UK, and global suppliers.
• Hands-on experience using Alibaba, eBay, and international sourcing platforms.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics is a plus.
