Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Service Engineer to join our service team. The candidate will assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laptops, desktops, and printers, ensuring high-quality support and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on devices.
- Replace or repair faulty components in laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients as required.
- Maintain service logs and documentation of all activities.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 0–1 year in IT hardware servicing (preferably laptops, desktops, and printers).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, printer mechanisms, and networking.
- Understanding of Windows OS, basic software troubleshooting, and drivers installation.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused approach and professional behavior.
