Role summary

Lead IT operations, drive AI-driven automation, and own CRM implementation to transform how the business works - strategic vision + daily technical delivery.

What you will own

• IT Administration & Infrastructure: Manage core IT systems, cloud, networks, security, backups, vendors, and IT policies.
• AI, Automation & Process Innovation: Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven automation using LLMs, RAG, and low-code tools.
• CRM Implementation & Optimization (Zoho preferred): Lead end-to-end CRM design, customization, automation, integrations, dashboards, and user adoption.
• Cross-Functional Delivery & Leadership: Convert business needs into technical solutions while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Security, Compliance & Risk: Ensure data security, compliance, audits, disaster recovery, and privacy across all IT systems.

Must-have (non-negotiable)

• Proven AI/automation implementation experience (LLMs, RAG, automation platforms).
• Strong IT administration background (systems, cloud, security, IT ops).
• Full-cycle CRM implementation experience — Zoho CRM strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation/process mapping skills.

Education & experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in IT management, digital transformation or technical leadership in fast environments.
• Demonstrable record of CRM rollouts, API integrations and cross-functional projects.

Functional competencies

• AI tools, automation platforms, workflow engineering.
• Cloud architectures, backups, monitoring and security protocols.
• CRM setup, blueprints, API integrations, dashboards and analytics.
