Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA IT / MIS is a plus).
Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Groups IT strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional IT team across multiple business units.
Advise the executive leadership on emerging technologies and their business impact.
Oversee design, maintenance, and scalability of IT infrastructure (servers, data centers, cloud environments).
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.
Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to customize ERP modules for operations, finance, HR, procurement, etc.
Ensure ERP reporting and analytics capabilities are optimized for business intelligence.
Design and manage secure and scalable networking architecture (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, VLANs).
Monitor network performance and ensure protection against cybersecurity threats (firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, endpoint protection).
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local laws).
Supervise the development and maintenance of in-house applications and third-party integrations.
Ensure regular software updates, license compliance, and version control across the organization.
Evaluate and deploy productivity tools and enterprise collaboration platforms.
Define and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and security protocols.
Manage vendor contracts and IT procurement budgets.
Conduct regular IT audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Drive automation, process re-engineering, and digitization across departments.
Lead R&D on AI/ML, IoT, cloud-native tools, and modern digital tools for operational efficiency.
Champion the culture of continuous improvement and agile methodologies in the IT domain.
