Installation and maintenance of operating systems and applications.

Backup and recovery of files and data.
Network and Communication Management

Setting up and maintaining local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks (Wi-Fi).

Updating network security and passwords.
Security and Protection

Security Policies: Establishing and implementing security policies.

Monitoring for viruses and intrusion attempts.
Internal Systems and Applications

Management of systems such as CRM and ERP.
Documentation and Reporting

Regular reports on performance, security, and services provided.

Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:
From 1 to 2+ years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role
Experience with network management, software installation, and system administration.
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
-Familiarity with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
-Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair.
-Understanding of security practices and software (firewalls, antivirus, etc.).
Soft Skills:
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work in a team and independently.
-Strong customer service orientation.
Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
-Familiarity with cloud services and virtual environments.
