Daily User Support


  • Technical Support Tickets: Handling user issues through a ticketing system.
  • Technical support for networks, software, and hardware.
  • Operating System Support: Such as Linux, macOS, and Windows.
  • Software Management: Including ERP systems and antivirus software.

Device and Software Management


  • Installation and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
  • Backup and recovery of files and data.

Network and Communication Management


  • Setting up and maintaining local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks (Wi-Fi).
  • Updating network security and passwords.

Security and Protection


  • Security Policies: Establishing and implementing security policies.
  • Monitoring for viruses and intrusion attempts.

Internal Systems and Applications


  • Management of systems such as CRM and ERP.

Documentation and Reporting


  • Regular reports on performance, security, and services provided.

Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

From 1 to 2+ years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role

Experience with network management, software installation, and system administration.


Technical Skills:

-Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).

-Familiarity with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).

-Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair.

-Understanding of security practices and software (firewalls, antivirus, etc.).


Soft Skills:

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Ability to work in a team and independently.

-Strong customer service orientation.


Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

-Familiarity with cloud services and virtual environments.

• Full-time: 9 AM – 5 PM or 10 AM – 6 PM
