IT Help Desk

The Egypt Education Platform is on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Help Desk professional to join our dedicated support team at Madinaty Integrated Language School. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and performance of our IT systems, ensuring that both staff and students can access the necessary technology to support their educational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues encountered by staff and students.
• Manage and resolve help desk tickets efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Conduct training sessions for users on basic IT functionalities and tools.
• Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and implement new technologies.
• Monitor IT inventory, assist in procurement processes, and keep track of technical assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements and innovations to enhance the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in an IT help desk or technical support role is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure effectively.
• Team player with the capability to work independently when needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
