2–4 Years in IT Support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–4 years of IT support/help desk experience
  • Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote tools is a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Support Users! Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain Systems! Install, update, and configure IT devices and applications.
  • Assist Employees! Train staff on new technologies and IT policies.
  • Document Issues! Track recurring problems and maintain accurate support records.
  • Ensure Security! Support antivirus updates, access control, and data protection measures.
