IT Help Desk and Systems Administrator

Serigraph is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented IT Help Desk and Systems Administrator to support our employees and technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for delivering reliable technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring employees have the tools and access they need to work efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, improving processes, and providing excellent customer service in a collaborative environment.

IT Help Desk and Systems Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Provide helpdesk support and coordinate daily operations to meet service standards.
  • Respond to and document support requests in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, and IT equipment.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning access and configuring equipment.
  • Manage IT hardware and software lifecycle, including deployment, inventory, upgrades, and retirement.
  • Maintain the Microsoft Windows environment, administer Microsoft SCCM for imaging and application deployment, and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and applications.
  • Support Citrix servers and virtual application environments.
  • Install and maintain VOIP systems and third-party applications.
  • Support data integrity testing, backups, and off-site media storage.
  • Collaborate with IT to improve support processes and documentation.
  • Follow all environmental practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Support Serigraph’s quality business system and understand use of SPECS.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who We Are Looking for?

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft SCCM.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Knowledge of departmental and company safety/housekeeping/PPE practices.
  • Understanding of departmental procedures and policies.

Preferred Qualifications & Education:

  • Associate degree in IT or related field with 2+ years of IT support experience.
  • Experience using helpdesk ticketing systems.
