We are looking for IT Help Desk Consultant for Qatar location.
Serve as the first contact with Employees who need technical assistance via the phone or email.
- Responsible for installing operating systems for workstations / laptops / Mac devices and making sure all
necessary drivers and applications are installed.
- Responsible for installing Office applications and any other applications required by the organization
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- installing scanners, printers and other computer peripherals
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide needed information on IT products or services
- Keep record of problems and their resolution
- Installation of network cabling, patch cords and arranging network cabinets cabling and proper labelling.
- Maintain technical documentation and service tickets on installation of software, configuration of
hardware and problem troubleshooting
- Operating and maintaining (Interactive screens / video wall / projectors / sound system / microphone
systems / cameras, etc ) in meeting and classrooms.
Required Skills for Employees
At least 3 years’ experience as IT help Desk, Having the following:
- Proven experience as a help desk technician
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, installing scanners, printers and other
computer peripherals.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language will be advantage.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and subnets.
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
Experience:
- IT Help Desk: 5 years (Preferred)
