IT Help Desk Internship

The Help Desk Intern will be expected to install and uninstall hardware/software, deploy hardware throughout the organization and take inventory when necessary. Training on internal ticketing systems will be provided and the intern will be expected to help educate caregivers on how to use the system properly as well as assist processing tickets once submitted.


Education

  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • Junior or Senior college level student - Preferred


Work Experience

  • Computer knowledge - Required
  • Familiar with a variety of software program, including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint. - Required

Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to travel between various system facilities and off-site locations as needed. - Required
