IT Help Desk Support (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
  • Install and configure computers, applications, and peripherals
  • Maintain IT support tickets and office documentation.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Office applications
  • Coordinate with senior IT staff for issue escalation
  • Ensure timely resolution of user complaints

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of IT support experience
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

Ability to join immediately or within a short period
