IT Help Desk Technician

We are a growing 23-year-old Managed Service Provider that supports and services IT for all types and sizes of companies, agencies, and organizations. We are looking for an IT Technician to be part of our help desk service team. The team member we are looking for will provide phone support for clients across the USA.

A NW Technology Service Technician helps clients operate more efficiently by implementing the proper use of today's technologies. We are looking for candidates with an aptitude for IT, be customer-oriented with troubleshooting skills. New hires onboard with a 6-week training and orientation program to ensure quality service to our clients. No minimum billings or quotas.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Experience Preferred: 2-year degree or 1-year experience.

Valid Washington State Driver’s license required. Company vehicles are supplied.

Must pass a criminal background check.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
