IT Help Desk Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support via phone, email, or remote tools.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and basic network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain OS, software, and applications.
Manage user accounts, passwords (Active Directory/Office 365).
Maintain IT asset inventory and support user onboarding.
Escalate unresolved issues and maintain ticket logs.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook.
Familiarity with remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
