  • Install, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal of IT assets.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
  • Provide technical support for software maintenance or use.
  • Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
  • Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
  • Develop training materials and procedures or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
  • Conference with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
  • Manage Multi-Factor Authentication for users
  • Mobile Device Management - Configuration and Management of emails in the user’s mobile phones and tablets as per the needs
  • Managing and updating Firmware and BIOS Upgrades
  • Manage IT Asset Tags
  • Arranging the laptops, mics, pointers, projectors, and speakers for the internal and external meetings and events.

The required qualifications and experience are detailed below:

  • Diploma (or higher) degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in level 2 to level 3 support.
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting systems, solutions, Hardware, and networking.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Multitasking capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
