Helpdesk Operator

• Provide technical support and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in [Arabic] and [English].
• Document and track support requests using helpdesk software.
• Assist with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.
• Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation.
