Working Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Role & Responsibilities

• End-to-end hiring and strategic talent acquisition
• Hiring for IT & Digital roles: Software Developers, QA, Customer Support, Social Media Managers, SEO, Product Managers, Designers, and more
• Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting
• Handle core HR operations and people management
• Make sound hiring decisions and coordinate with stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent English communication
• Strong professional network
• Excellent headhunting and sourcing skills
• Experience in product-based IT company hiring (preferred)
• Ability to manage hiring along with HR responsibilities

Experience & Compensation

• Experience: 1 to 3 Years
• Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (As per experience)
