IT Imaging Systems Analyst (On-Site) - IT Network Services

Job Summary:


The IT Clinical Device Integration Analyst is responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of clinical applications and medical devices within a healthcare environment. This role serves as a key liaison between IT and clinical departments, ensuring seamless integration of medical devices with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance and minimizing workflow disruption. The Analyst applies technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, evaluate and recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement across clinical systems.


Key Responsibilities:


Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
Optimizes application and device usage and workflow efficiency.
Serves as a support team member for upgrades and services for reported issues or for assigned projects.
Maintains applications and facilitates updates, new releases, and system enhancements.
Collaborates with the departments to build, test, train, implement, and provide maintenance to assigned systems.
Troubleshoots and corrects issues and end user problems, enhances, and optimizes applications.
Participates in ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems and applications.
Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation for assigned systems.
Participates in Disaster Recovery planning, implementation, and testing.
Participates in call rotation.
Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications/Training:

Experience building, maintaining and supporting clinical device integration solutions.


Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
