Job Title: Infrastructure Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the infrastructure sector.
- Identify and acquire new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and expand the company’s market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in infrastructure sales, business development, or key account management.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure projects, construction, or real estate sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
