Job Title: Infrastructure Sales Head

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the infrastructure sector.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in infrastructure sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure projects, construction, or real estate sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
