Role Overview

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across the organization. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT systems with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and industry standards.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational goals.
• Support cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end-users.
• Document infrastructure processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and storage solutions.
• Proficiency in system monitoring and automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD1,400.000 per month
