IT Intern

We are seeking an IT Intern to assist in providing technical support, maintaining systems, and contributing to various IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in IT, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and update IT records
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Help with organizing and archiving digital files and documents
• Support in software installations and updates
• Assist with setting up workstations and configuring devices
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for software and hardware issues

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of IT concepts (hardware, software, networking)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) is a plus
