Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users (hardware/software issues).
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and network devices.
- Support IT team in monitoring and maintaining networks, servers, and security systems.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and LAN/Wi-Fi issues.
- Install and update software applications under supervision.
- Maintain IT inventory (systems, cables, accessories, etc.).
- Assist in documentation of IT procedures and support activities.
- Help with deployment of new systems and devices for new staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (ongoing students also eligible).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with MS Office, email configuration, and antivirus tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Experience with any helpdesk/ticketing system.
