Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field, where you will gain valuable experience in transportation management and systems operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) software to streamline logistics and transportation processes.
• Participate in data collection and analysis to support the optimization of transportation operations and decision-making.
• Support the configuration of OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, and Reporting, under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions related to the OTM application and its integrations.
• Document processes and procedures for OTM operations, ensuring clarity and accessibility for the team.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops to further develop your knowledge of transportation management systems and industry best practices.
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing input and insights to improve overall project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related areas; internships or academic projects are welcomed.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a readiness to learn new software tools.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or other transportation management systems.
• Interest in pursuing a career in supply chain management or logistics technology.
