About The Role
As an IT Intern, you will be responsible for providing essential support for day-to-day IT operations. The role involves network and Windows troubleshooting, managing hardware and software inventories, and assisting with basic Microsoft 365 tasks. You will report to the IT Manager and work closely with the IT support team to ensure smooth operational flow. This is a paid internship with a monthly stipend.
What will be your responsibilities?

Assist with diagnosing and resolving issues related to routers, switches, and wireless networks.

Provide support for Windows operating system issues, including basic device, OS, and application troubleshooting.

Maintain and update the hardware and software asset inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability of IT resources.

Assist in managing and troubleshooting basic Microsoft 365 services such as email, OneDrive, and Teams.

Provide general IT assistance, including device setup and maintenance for end-users.

Document technical procedures, network configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference.
What are we looking for?

Understanding of IP technologies, DNS, and basic network troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of Windows, with some exposure to Linux and Mac OS being a plus.

Fundamental understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies such as Exchange, OneDrive, and Teams.

Ability to maintain accurate hardware and software inventories.

CCNA or similar experience is a plus.
