Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Support networking setup, monitoring, and maintenance
• Help maintain company systems and databases
• Provide technical support to staff when needed
• Document IT processes and solutions

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
• Familiarity with software installation and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team
