Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems, and day-to-day technical operations within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems
• Support system maintenance, backups, and updates
• Help manage user accounts, systems access, and IT inventory
• Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and issues

Requirements:

• Student or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and operating systems
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work during evening/night shift (3 PM – 12 AM)
