Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assists and supports IT team who work with end users and primary stakeholders to ensure systems meet the organization's business needs.
• Takes ownership, responsibility, and accountability of supporting business systems.
• Helps provide support and troubleshooting to end users to meet IT Service Level Agreements for incident management.
• Helps to perform system tests and ensures that test requirements are met.
• Helps to maintain system documentation for effective backup support.
• Communicates issues to management appropriately.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Eagerness to learn the software and increase knowledge over time while promoting it within the organization.
• Assist IT Systems Analyst I staff with application configuration.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet goals in a timely manner / meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to move projects forward along with the ability to work independently and make progress.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems to find solutions to issues.
