SUMMARY

Are you a high school student looking for exposure to the IT field and exploring a potential career in technology? The St Labre IT department is looking for current high school students to join our team this summer. This 10 week summer internship will provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and training as you work alongside IT professionals in troubleshooting, installing, repairing and maintenance of client and enterprise equipment and systems. Competitive applicants have a growth mindset, a desire to help others, and are team/mission oriented.

By the end of the internship, you will gain foundational knowledge in various IT areas including PC components and repair, networking services, IT asset management, cybersecurity, hardware installation, and more. This is an opportunity to contribute to the St Labre mission, supporting its students, staff, and community.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

No IT education or experience required, but history of interest and development in the IT career field is strongly preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
