Position Summary:
The IT Intern role includes providing technical support, assisting with systems maintenance, and contributing to IT-related projects. Interns will gain hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network systems while supporting daily IT operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
- Gain knowledge of company IT systems and infrastructure.
- Assist in evaluating and improving IT processes.
- Support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
- Analyze system data to identify improvements.
- Prepare basic technical reports.
- Build technical knowledge through training and collaboration.
- Contribute to team objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Duties:

- Help monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in small IT projects, including system upgrades or process improvements.
- Assist in documenting IT procedures and creating user guides.
- Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Collect and analyze system performance data and IT-related metrics.
