We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in IT sales and business development.

Position Overview:

This is not a "coffee-fetching" internship. As an IT Solutions Intern, you will be deeply involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud solutions, system integrations, and business automation. You will work closely with senior consultants to map business processes, configure software, and help clients transition smoothly to modern digital ecosystems (including HubSpot, Zoho, and specialized compliance tools).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP and CRM modules based on client requirements.
• Participate in system integration processes, including setting up webhooks, API mappings, and data synchronization between CRMs and financial/compliance engines.
• Help clean, format, and migrate client legacy data into new digital software databases.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for implemented systems.
• Conduct basic user-acceptance testing (UAT) and support client training sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Tech Interests: A strong passion for business automation, workflow logic, cloud databases, and enterprise software (ERP/CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, or Tally).
• Skills: Basic understanding of data structures (Excel, SQL), APIs, and how business software communicates.
• Attributes: Sharp analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong command of professional English (both written and verbal).
• Availability: Ready to join immediately for a full-time/part-time internship duration of minimum 3 months.

Pay: AED700.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
