What You’ll Do

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware & software issues
• Provide basic technical support to employees
• Help with system installations, configurations, and updates
• Support IT documentation and inventory management
• Collaborate with the IT team on daily tasks and ongoing projects

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduate or student of IT / Computer Science
• Basic knowledge of hardware, networking & operating systems
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage tasks responsibly
