Fusion Managed IT is seeking a self-starter to provide level 1 and 2 support of client networks and systems in a managed services environment. This individual will primarily be responsible for servicing help desk calls and tickets but must also remain flexible to provide onsite support when necessary. This person will also be required to help maintain proper documentation of the network and system landscapes for all clients. The technician should be an effective problem solver, a quick learner, and should feel comfortable with adapting to new and complex technologies. Candidates must have good communication skills, be positive, and have at least 3 years of experience, ideally in Client-facing environments ranging from 25-500+ Users.
