Job Title: IT Manager
Job Purpose:
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system functionality, safeguarding data security, and supporting the integration of technology with vital business operations, particularly medical diagnostics.
This role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors to ensure smooth IT operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Support & System Management
- Provide technical assistance to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT problems promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain company-wide computer networks, ensuring secure and efficient performance.
- Conduct routine system updates, patches, and data backups to safeguard critical information.
2. Equipment & Software Integration
- Collaborate with medical equipment vendors and hospital/lab IT teams to ensure seamless software-hardware integration.
- Provide technical guidance during the equipment interfacing process.
- Test and validate integration for data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.
- Proactively resolve technical issues during and post-integration.
3. User Training & Support
- Conduct training sessions for employees to strengthen IT literacy and efficient use of business applications.
- Promote best practices in data security, privacy, and system usage.
4. IT Asset & Vendor Management
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, including hardware, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Oversee allocation, tracking, and movement of IT resources across the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service agreements, and coordinate technical support or repairs.
5. Social Media & Digital Presence Management
- Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging digital content and campaigns.
- Ensure timely posting and adherence to content calendars using scheduling tools.
- Address online queries, manage customer engagement, and mitigate reputational risks during social media crises.
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends to strengthen the company’s online presence.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Research and implement emerging IT trends and technologies relevant to the industry.
- Recommend improvements to optimize IT processes, strengthen cybersecurity, and enhance overall efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, system administration, and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of networking, data security, and system integration.
- Experience with vendor management and IT procurement.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- LIS/HMS Integration with Medical Devices/Analyzers
- CCNA/MCSA/A+ Hardware/Cloud Computing Certifications Preffered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
