Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will report to the General Manager and assist in overseeing all aspects of our IT operations, ensuring seamless technology integration, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals

Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems

Fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Ensure the security and integrity of company data through robust cybersecurity measures

Oversee IT project management, from planning to execution and evaluation

Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
-
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices

Monitor and control IT budgets and expenses

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization

Provide technical support and problem-solving for critical issues

Ensure compliance with relevant ACCOR IT regulations and standards
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-
Minimum 3 years or similar experience in IT management roles
-
Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure and implementing innovative technology solutions
-
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and risk management

Experience with hotel systems, i.e. Oracle Cloud Opera PMS, Symphony, GRMS, PABX, IPTV, IP-Telephony, Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously

Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and compliance requirements

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring IT teams

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other language is a plus

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail

Experience with budgeting and resource allocation in IT departments

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, CCNA, CompTIA Network + and IT service management principles
-
Adaptability to new technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
