IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to oversee our company’s technology infrastructure and ensure optimal performance of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial expertise in IT operations and hands-on experience with network management, servers, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Ensure optimal network security through proper firewall configuration and maintenance.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, and system integrations in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Supervise and guide IT support staff to ensure timely issue resolution and system uptime.
• Administer and maintain CCTV and access control systems.
• Monitor system performance, data security, and backup protocols.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Requirements

• Atleast Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, network administration, and server management.
• Proven experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux servers, network switches, and routers.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
