IT Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure and digital operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficiency, security, and reliability of all IT systems while leading the IT team and supporting the company’s digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems to ensure smooth and secure operations.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and IT equipment.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Manage system access, email setup, biometric systems, and IT support for all staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for IT-related needs.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, procurement, and asset management.
• Support digital transformation projects, automation, and software integration.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT team performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in real estate or corporate sectors within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
