IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology operations as part of the company business and play a key role in driving the company’s growth across the UAE and internationally.

The IT Manager will be responsible for leading all technical operations within the technology company, including ERP implementation, software development, website development, integrations, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate the company’s vision into practical and scalable IT solutions while supporting the overall expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day IT operations and functions.
• Oversee ERP implementation (Odoo & our own ERP system) and contribute to the development of our own ERP system.
• Lead the development of websites, applications, automations, and system integrations.
• Ensure smooth operation of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Work with management to develop and execute IT strategy and roadmaps.
• Supervise developers, technical staff, vendors, and external partners.
• Implement strong cybersecurity, data protection, and IT policies.
• Support digital transformation across all companies under FirstPoint Group.
• Provide senior-level troubleshooting and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT management.
• Strong background in ERP systems (Odoo experience preferred), software development, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to manage technical teams and development resources.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integrations, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously growing environment.
