IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT department, including developers, system administrators, and support staff.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and automation scripts (Odoo Python basic developer would be preferred).
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across all systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend strategic upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and application development.
• Experience in retail & FMCG Firm will be the preferred.
• Expert-level SQL skills with experience in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Advance Excel will be must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analytics, ETL processes, or BI tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Git).
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant cloud certifications.
