IT Manager

Exciting opportunity for an IT Manager to join a growing not-for-profit organisation based in Oxford, offering up to £59,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working)

The Role

The IT Manager will be a standalone position, so an excellent blend of hands-on, operational work as well as strategic planning and project management.

Responsibilities will include:

• working closely with senior stakeholders, developing a strategic road-map for IT and systems
• managing effective relationships with 3rd party vendors
• overseeing day to day management of systems, networks and infrastructure
• cyber security ownership, ensuring company compliance with various industry standards
• project, change, budget and risk management

About you

Applicants for the IT Manager role will have:

• a hands-on systems configurations, hardware and networking skills
• experience of IT management, developing IT strategies, and budget management
• experience of supervising/managing small teams
• cyber security experience including knowledge of ISO27001 / ISO277001
