We are seeking a tech-savvy, data-driven IT Manager who is motivated by building durable systems, improving decision-making, and growing alongside a values- driven organization.
ATC is growing rapidly and we are looking for an IT Manager that will grow with us.
You'll be the go-to person for all things IT - from hands-on troubleshooting to long-term tech strategy.
Responsibilities include:
· Network Expertise: Design, implement, and maintain secure WAN/LAN networks
· Infrastructure Oversight: Administer Microsoft 365 environments, virtual machines, storage, and networks
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies to support company growth.
· Compliance Experience: Experience dealing with security frameworks like SOC2, ISO-27001, PCI, and/or CMMC Level 2 (preferred). Ability to ensure technical and documentation aligns with regulatory requirements and organizational security frameworks. Provide technical guidance on cybersecurity controls and implementation
· Project Leadership: Deploy new systems (ERP and beyond), manage timelines, and drive results
· System Maintenance: Oversee OS patching, upgrades, and ensure minimal production downtime
· Security & Optimization: Conduct audits, optimize systems, and protect information assets. Implement security best practices and risk minimization strategies. Monitor compliance status, address gaps
· Manage and support infrastructure across multiple sites: Minimum of 30% travel required to ensure on-site coordination and compliance at multiple sites
· Policy & Compliance: Configure Group Policies (GPOs) to enforce security and compliance standards
· Technical Support: Provide top-notch guidance and support to end-users across the company to include responding to helpdesk tickets.
· Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with hardware and software providers
· User Management: Administer Active Directory, manage accounts, permissions, and groups
What You Will Bring To The Role
· Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of management experience (presently there are no direct reports for this position, we do anticipate that to change before year-end).
· 8+ years of IT experience (manufacturing a plus)
· Proven ability to juggle priorities and lead cross-functional projects
· Solid understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and user support
· Excellent communication and people skills
