IT Manager – Apparel Manufacturing Industry

We are a leading apparel manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali Free Zone and proudly part of Gokaldas Exports Ltd., one of India’s largest apparel manufacturers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team.

Position: IT Manager

Experience Required

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT industry
• Preference will be given to candidates with Garment/Apparel manufacturing industry experience
• Strong English communication skills and leadership qualities are essential.
• ERP experience (Odoo required)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, and helpdesk support
• Ensure smooth functioning of servers, networks, CCTV, EPABX, and all IT systems
• Lead the IT support team and provide training and development
• Manage ERP system support and coordinate with business users
• Handle IT projects, system upgrades, and implementations
• Manage vendors, procurement, and IT-related contracts
• Ensure data security, system backups, and IT compliance
• Coordinate with multiple departments for IT requirements
• Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards
• Implement preventive maintenance for IT systems and hardware
• Support multi-location operations and international coordination
• Drive innovation and adopt new technologies to improve operational efficiency
• Stakeholder management
• Liaison between HO and location management

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network management
• ERP experience (Odoo required)
• Team leadership and people management skills
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Project planning and execution capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to understand functional requirements and explain to Developers
• Ability to work in multiple geographic locations
